JLA Trust provides individualized consulting for families and persons with a range of a developmental, intellectual, physical, and mental disabilities.
Our consultations cover such topics as:
- What government benefits am I entitled to?
- How do I apply for government benefits
- Where should I start with long-term financial or legal planning?
- Should we open a new CalABLE account?
- How does the new Self-Determination program work for Regional Center consumers?
And much more!
Consultations are done via Zoom or telephone. Our staff of experts will guide you and leave you with a plan. We are neither a law firm nor financial planners, but our staff of experts knows this field very well and we can help you figure out solutions that work for your family.
The cost of our consultation sessions is generally $90 per hour, but thanks to a generous grant from the Baran Family Endowment Fund, we are happy to offer five 30-minute consultation sessions per month completely free of charge!
Additional hours of consulting will not be offered free of charge. Ask about free consultations when you call, email, or sign up.
